Support

MacOrb is a small operation in early access. There is no support queue and no phone line; there is a mailbox, and it is read by the person who builds the thing.

Getting help

Email support@macorb.dev with your GitHub login and, if it is about one machine, the session id from the Overview page.

Never include your Amp key, your GitHub token or your MacOrb session token in an email. MacOrb will never ask you for any of them.

Billing questions

Refunds, charges and receipts are covered by the Terms, and what you have spent is on the Usage page. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record and whose name appears on your statement.

Reporting a vulnerability

Email support@macorb.dev. Please give us a chance to fix it before you publish. What MacOrb holds, and how, is on the Security page.
